How to self-inject with Aranesp® SURECLICK® pre-filled pen

Your doctor may decide that the Aranesp® SURECLICK® pre-filled pen is the best way for you or a carer to inject Aranesp®. Your doctor, nurse or pharmacist will show you how to inject yourself with the pre-filled pen.
It is important that you do not try to give the injection unless you or your caregiver has received training. Aranesp® is only to be injected by a patient just under the skin (subcutaneously). Do not inject into Aranesp® into a vein yourself. The pre-filled pen is designed to inject the area under your skin only.

Your doctor may decide that it is best for you or a carer to inject Aranesp®. Your doctor, nurse or pharmacist will show you how to inject yourself with the pre-filled syringe. It is important that you do not try to give the injection unless you or your caregiver has received training. Aranesp® is only to be injected by a patient just under the skin (subcutaneously). Do not inject into Aranesp® into a vein yourself.
This video is intended to help you feel confident when using your syringe to inject Aranesp®. It will guide you, step by step, through the self-injection process and demonstrate how, with practice, injecting can become a simple and routine part of your life.
